§ 7.1. Journal.

The clerk shall keep the journal of the proceedings of council. Within no more than ten days after each meeting of the council, the clerk shall supply to each member, a copy of the proceedings that shall be placed in all the boxes of each councilperson in the council office. The journal of proceedings may be amended to correctly reflect the view of the legislative body as to the events which occurred.
