§ 106-169. Acts and omissions of agent or employee.

Every act or omission of whatever nature by any officer, director, manager or other agent or employee of an owner, which constitutes a violation of any of the provisions of this article, shall be deemed and held to be the act of such owner, and such owner shall be liable and punishable in the same manner as if such act or omission had been done or omitted by the owner personally.
