§ 10-45. No licensee defense; fraudulent proof of age.

It shall not be a defense for any retail liquor licensee or his agent or employee who is charged with a violation of this article that the person he is charged with illegally serving or selling liquor or permitting to be on the premises where liquor is served falsely represented his age to such licensee, agent or employee.
