§ 118-105. Offices.

  • Each certificate holder is required to have and maintain an office at which a responsible representative of the certificate holder can be found at all times and to which any reports of lost articles, complaints, inquiries and related matters can be directed. Such office shall maintain a listing in all business directories as are commonly available to the public.
