§ 22-115. Violations; penalties.

Latest version.

Any person who violates the terms and provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500.00 or imprisonment not to exceed six months, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day of noncompliance shall be considered a separate violation.
