§ 26-85. Display of license, sticker and decal; replacement.

(a)

Any business license, sticker or decal issued under the provisions of this article shall be prominently displayed on the premises of such business, or be affixed in a conspicuous place on the machine, device or apparatus for which it is being issued.

(b)

If the initial business license, sticker or decal has been destroyed without fault of the licensee, upon written application, the department of regulatory affairs may issue a replacement or substitute license, sticker or decal.
