§ 26-1751. License regulation.

(a)

That all daycares, barber shops and beauty shops within the city limits of the City of East St. Louis shall purchase a license from the department of regulatory affairs on an annual basis in order to do business within the city limits of East St. Louis.

(b)

That the cost of such a license shall be $100.00 annually.

(c)

That any business falling under this category that shall not purchase a license shall be subject to a cease and desist order from the department of regulatory affairs for the City of East St. Louis and any further judicial relief which may be sought by the municipality.
