§ 38-61. Quorum and majority rule.

  • A majority of the members of the commission shall constitute a quorum to transact business. No vacancy shall impair the right of the remaining commissioners to exercise all powers of the commission, and every finding, order, decision, rule, regulation or requirement of the commission which is approved by at least a majority of members of the commission shall be deemed to be the finding, order, decision, rule, regulation or requirement of the commission.
