§ 38-83. Financial incentives.

The commission shall be empowered and authorized to intercede and advocate on the basis of regular businesses who may seek funds from the Illinois Industrial Loan Program (IIDA) and such other programs as may be established by the state or the United States government for the financing or funding of industries locating in a depressed industrial area.
