§ 58-3. Base flood elevation data.

The city council shall obtain, review and reasonably utilize base flood elevation data available from federal, state or other sources until such time as such data has been received from the Federal Insurance Administration. Base flood data received from the Federal Insurance Administration shall take precedence over data from other sources.
