§ 82-114. Furnishing information; compensation.

(a)

No person who delivers and abandons a firearm, handgun or other dangerous weapon under this division shall be required to furnish identification, photographs, fingerprints or any other information to the police department at the time of such delivery.

(b)

No amount of money or other compensation shall be paid for any firearm, handgun or other dangerous weapon delivered or abandoned under this division.
