§ 2-103. Duties of mayor.

The duties of the mayor are to:
(1)

Serve in a part-time capacity, and as the titular head and signatory of the city.

(2)

Preside at all meetings of the city council.

(3)

Support the goals and purposes of the council manager form of government.

(4)

Work in concert with the council as a team member in the development of policy and community goals.
