§ 66-139. Subcontractor agreements consistent with goals.

  • After the contract is awarded to a particular contractor, the contractor will not receive a building permit, nor will the contract be let until the contractor has submitted to the department of regulatory affairs his equal business opportunity ordinance commitments, demonstrated by signed subcontract agreements. The signed subcontract agreements must be consistent with the goals that have been established through this division. If the contractor has not met or is having difficulty meeting the requirements of this division, the city council must not approve the issuance of a building permit.
