§ 66-140. Maintenance of records and reports by contractors.

Contractors awarded eligible projects incorporating equal business opportunity (EBO) requirements must submit participation reports, designed by the contract compliance officer, which summarize the number and dollar amounts of subcontract awards made during the term of the contract. Such report shall be submitted to the contract compliance officer on the last day of each month following the award of the eligible project.
